Hi, my name is Svetlana! My passion is empowering individuals with identity development, self-esteem, self-awareness, resiliency and living a fulfilling and thriving life! I strive to provide a collaborative environment where we can explore and work through your difficulties to help you transform your life.

I enjoy work with teens and adults from all backgrounds of life, using a compassion-focused approach to create safety and comfort to explore life challenges and build coping skills. I focus on building trust and mutual respect. I am welcoming, empathic, curious and so eager to help you on your journey. I want to partner with you to find the healing that you deserve, and give you the support you need to face challenges with renewed hope and a fresh outlook. Lets walk together and get started on your journey towards healing, wholeness, and freedom!

I was born and raised in the Pacific NW, and I enjoy hiking, hammocking, reading books, drinking coffee and spending time with my loves ones. At a young age I lost both of my parents and have had to walk my own grief journey, which sparked a desire to helps others find the healing they seek. I got my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwest University in 2023, and my Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Western Washington University in 2019. My approach is flexible and dependent on each individual's needs. I utilize a person-centered, emotion-focused, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, solution-focused and more.

No matter where you find yourself in life, as long as you have breath in your lungs; there is hope!
