Meet Jenna, MA, LMFTA
Life has a way of challenging us in ways we never expect. Whether you are working through grief, relationship struggles, anxiety, or a season of change, you do not have to face it on your own. My name is Jenna, and I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who believes deeply in the healing power of connection. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, make sense of your story, and discover your capacity for growth and renewal.

What to Expect in Counseling
In therapy, we work together to explore the experiences that have shaped you and the patterns that may no longer serve you. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, rooted in the belief that every person already carries the strength needed to heal. Using Narrative Therapy, we uncover the stories you have learned about yourself and begin to rewrite them in ways that bring clarity, freedom, and self-acceptance. For children and families, I often incorporate art, play and sand-tray therapy, allowing emotions and experiences to be expressed through creativity and imagination.

My Background and Approach
I received my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Western Washington University and my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University. My experience includes working as a bereavement counselor, supporting children, families, and adults through grief and loss, and three years in a residential eating disorder treatment center, where I helped clients rebuild trust with themselves and their bodies. These experiences taught me that healing happens when we feel seen, understood, and supported.

Above all, I want my clients to feel respected, valued, and safe in our work together. I welcome feedback and see therapy as a true partnership, one where you have a voice in shaping your own healing journey. Taking care of your whole self means tending to both the parts of you that are blooming and the parts that are still hurting. It is okay to be growing and healing at the same time.
