Hi, my name is Naomi Landenberger! I’m so glad you’re here. It takes courage to share your story with someone new, and my hope is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you feel supported, valued, and truly heard.

One of my greatest joys is getting to know people and hearing the stories that have shaped their lives. I believe counseling is a meaningful space where we can gain insight, find hope, and experience growth. I also believe counseling should be tailored to each individual’s unique needs. Therefore, my approach is rooted in person-centered care, and I strive to build a trusting therapeutic relationship where we can work together at a pace that feels right for you. Together, we can explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. My desire is for you to know that you do not have to navigate life’s difficult seasons alone.

With my background in Kinesiology (exercise science), I have developed a deep appreciation for the connection between the mind and body. My education and experiences have strengthened my belief that our emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual well-being are deeply connected, and I value caring for the whole person throughout the counseling process. Because of my background in athletics, I have a particular passion for working with athletes as they navigate identity, confidence, performance pressures, life transitions, and the challenge of balancing who they are with what they do. I also enjoy working with clients from a variety of backgrounds, including teens, college students, and adults as they navigate anxiety, stress, life transitions, identity development, relationships, and the many challenges that come with different seasons of life.

For those who desire, I offer faith-based counseling and welcome the opportunity to integrate faith into the counseling process.

I was born and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest and grew up on a small ranch, where I learned the importance of connection, perseverance, and appreciating the simple moments in life. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Colorado Christian University and am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University.

Outside of counseling, I enjoy sailing, playing sports, singing, dancing, reading, and writing. One of my favorite ways to recharge is with a beautiful view, a good book, and a cup of coffee! I love meeting new people and look forward to getting to know each person who walks through my door and supporting you as you navigate your own unique journey.
