Rates

For Amanda Shannon: $160 per 55-minute session. 

For Reina Roethe, Svetlana Kovalenko, Shayna Adelstein, Jean-Luc Padley, and Lauren Vanee: $110-130.

Carol Beebe: $80 dollars cash rate, no insurance. 

 

For Marriage/Relationship Counseling only: $140 for on going sessions and $170 for initial session. We only accept Cash and do not bill insurance for relationship counseling. (If you would like a superbill, we can provide one to you.  The superbill will likely have a "Z code" on it and insurance often does not reimburse for this code.)

We provide a SuperBill to Clients that pay cash (do not use their health insurance) so that they can submit it to their insurance for possible reimbursement.

Running Insurance Quotes (This is only a quote)

Jocelyn Moore our office manager and insurance biller (info_admin@hopethrivecounseling.com) will be running quotes for your insurance. Please email if you want to know your quote before session.

 

 

Currently, Amanda Shannon is In-Network Provider for:

  • Premera

  • LifeWise

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • First Choice Health

  • Kaiser PPO

  • Kaiser Core HMO

  • Kaiser HMO (aka Group Health)

  • MHN

  • Regence

  • HMA

  • Aetna

Currently, Reina, Svetlana, Jean-Luc, Lauren & Shayna are In-Network Providers for:

  • Premera

  • Regence

  • Aetna

  • Kaiser HMO

  • Kasier PPO

Also, we can provide you with a receipt (SuperBill) for Out-Of-Network Provider, where, depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

Ask these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

  • Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

  • Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?

  • Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

  • Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

  • Do I get reimbursed for Out-Of-Network Provider?

Sliding Scale Fee

Reina, Svetlana, Shayna, Jean-Luc, and Lauren: accept sliding scales ranging from 110-130 dollars.

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

​

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee. Charge is 85 dollars.
