I just woke up one day
and decided I didn't want to feel like that anymore, or ever again.
So, I changed.
Welcome to Hope & Thrive
Life is full of challenges and curve balls. It is common to sit back and look at life and think, “This is not what I thought life would be like.” Relationships with loved ones may not be ideal or maybe even far from ideal. Relationships with others are so important and, when they do not go well, we feel it to our core. How is work? Stressful? Not going right? We spend a lot of time at work. When we experience work stress in our lives, it makes us worry about our livelihood. Sometimes this is a scary place to be. We feel a heavy weight on our shoulders. Our environment plays a huge role in our emotional health. When things are not going well, we often don’t do well. This leads to doubt, self-blame, depression, anxiety, and at times even trauma.
It’s incredibly painful to feel like the state of close relationships is holding you back from living your ideal life. It is heavy to feel the weight of the world on you or a dark cloud following you around. That’s where we come in. Our client centered approach to therapy can help you manage stress in life and find your personal path to success. Not only can we help you rely on yourself to navigate life’s challenges, we can help you foster loving relationships with those closest to you. We will help you create the life you want by helping you believe in yourself and connect to your support system. We’re looking forward to working with you!
Our Services & Programs
Hope and Thrive Counseling Center specializes in treating individuals, couples, and families. We are confident that no problem is too great to overcome. Through therapy, there are ways to address the issues you face and learn coping strategies to help you both right now and in the future. We provide client-centered therapy, which means the therapist is sensitive to your needs and uses their training to guide you toward your goals.
A powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing, and releasing core neuropsychological sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, disassociation, and a variety of other challenging symptoms.
We connect with you, where you are. This is a secure-private way to connect with your counselor on your lunch break, at home, at work, while going for a walk, or if you are on the other side of the state. This provides a way to connect with the right therapist for you and takes away many hurdles to access counseling. Insurance often covers this type of counseling.
We provide Faith-Based counseling where we understand your worldview. We do not preach faith but allow a safe place for you to bring your faith into counseling sessions. Faith is an important part of many people’s lives and we see this as
a strength in life. We are here to support you, all of you.
