Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

National Certified Counselor (NCC)

Bellingham Office and Telehealth

Life can take us on an unexpected journey.  Sometimes the unexpected is wonderful and exciting, and sometimes it leaves us feeling alone, anxious, depressed, and stuck, wishing we could get “back to normal”.  While trauma, loss, and life transitions can be overwhelming, difficult experiences don’t define who we are.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to process your experiences and build coping skills to feel confident in managing what life brings, navigating relationships, and creating the life you want for yourself.  I am passionate about working with individuals (both children and adults) who have experienced trauma; I believe healing is possible.

I completed my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Western Washington University in 2009 and received my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in 2023.  My approach is flexible to meet the individual needs of my clients, utilizing person-centered and strengths-based approaches, incorporating mindfulness, play, and cognitive-behavioral techniques to help you reach your goals.
